We’re going to celebrate the beauty of where we live by going on the ferry to Orcas Island. Important details about the trip:

Carpooling is encouraged - please message Jessie about how to carpool for this event.

• Leave Bellingham ~8:30am (check your GPS for how long it takes from where you live)

• Depart Anacortes 10:05am

• Arrive back in Anacortes 1:00pm

• Back in Bellingham by 2:00pm

Downtown Trick-or-Treat is a great way for Spring Church to participate in the festive atmosphere already happening in downtown Bellingham and share the love of Christ with attending families!

We’re excited to partner with the FBC churches for another Trick-Or-Treat Halloween Event! Check out this signup Genius organized by First Baptist to participate in the fun — there are tons of ways to be involved before, during or after the event, such as:

• Bringing candy

• Setting up the day prior

• Praying for all those involved in the event (see below)

• Greeting kids & families and handing out candy

• Tearing down, cleanup, bringing pizza!

For every liturgical season in the church calendar, we focus on one particular “Big Idea” that helps us embody the Story of what God is already doing in our neighborhood.

In both our Sunday and Tuesday gatherings we explore questions around the “Big Idea” through scripture, through encountering the Holy Spirit together, and through celebrating the sacraments together. You’re invited to help us discern and create our Big Idea for the Christmas Season 2025-2026.

This will include: Scripture that we memorize together, Advent Wreath and Small Group discussion, our Focuses and artwork that go along with the Big Idea…. and more!
