Spring Church is governed by those who show up to govern us. Our elders are elected by our members to serve for a specific amount of time (usually 3 years at a time) and they bless the church by providing spiritual leadership, oversight, discernment and planning, and most importantly, making sure our mission of uncommon friendship and common discipleship remains at the heart of all we do as we follow Jesus in the direction he is walking. Only elected elders can vote for matters to be decided upon at meetings, but anyone is welcome to join a meeting to get a feel of what they’re like.
