Advent is a time of expectation and hope. Advent” means “arrival” or “coming.” The advent wreath and candles provide beautiful symbolism for each week of advent as we prepare room in our hearts for Jesus and the Holy Spirit to be revealed in our lives. We’ll gather together and create our own Advent wreaths and light a candle together each Sunday that we gather during Advent.

• We’ll gather at the social hall at First Baptist Church (110 Flora Street) in Bellingham

• Supplies and snacks will be provided
