This group is for people who look at their phones and can identify with some of these feelings:

“This amount of screen time might be normal, but this isn’t the path I wanna be on.”

“It’s hard to build new habits.”

“Sometimes I do what I don’t wanna do.”

“Life is overwhelming sometimes and my willpower is drained.”

If you resonate with any of these statements… keep reading!

Why:

We think that boundaryless screen time is the “cigarette smoking in the nursery” and “no seat belts” of our era.

“2024” is to “screentime” just as

“1989” is to “cigarettes and seatbelts”

Smoking on domestic flights under 6 hours was banned in the US in 1990, and seatbelts became a primary offense in most states in the 90’s. Come be a part of the change you hope to see within the tech era that we find ourselves in! We think that “What’s normal” is about to get reevaluated, and we think taking a rest from our phones will make our lives demonstrably better, just like seat belts and smoking less has made our lives demonstrably better.
